PJ Trade Centre Damansara Perdana - LHDN Branch

Location : PJ Trade Centre Damansara Perdana - LHDN Branch
GPS Coordinates : N3 10.051 E101 36.778

Today I went to PJ Trade Centre Damansara Perdana to settle my income tax matters at the LHDN branch located there. The branch just relocated from Kelana Jaya to here not long ago. The first thing that caught my eye was the Bata warehouse sale banner hanging on the lamp post. Looks like it won't be a boring day after all.

The sale was quite dissappointing but at least something to do while waiting for my turn at the counter.

The Bata head office looks impressive.

 The waiting area for guest.

 A big sign hanging above.

 Lembaga hasil dalam negeri.

This is the lift for the disable. Very thoughtful of the management here.

 The front reception counter.

This is the ticketing machine. No need to line up for your turn.

The building here seem very european as the wall not covered by cement.

Office workers here can come for this CHI gym after or maybe before work.

The surrounding covered by lush green.Very nice. Many cafes available too.

 Emkay land sales office.

 Canteen.

Construction  works on going in front of the PJ Trade Centre.

Bumbu Bali Restaurant Bandar Puteri Puchong
GPS Coordinates : N3 01.390 E101 36.928

Quite some time never come to Bumbu Bali for makan already. Today can't decide what to eat and decide to come here for a try. The surrounding and the mood here truly very bali style and very relaxing.

This is the chicken and lamb combo. Quite a big portion. Have to tapau back coz can't finish.

Healthy salmon fish with salad.

The mojito drink..Non alcholic version.

Nice view from the upper floor.

I like this money holder. Very special hand holder make from wood. Very bali feel.

The staircase also very well decorated.

MPSJ Hypermedia Library @ Bandar Puteri Puchong

Location : MPSJ Hypermedia Library @ Bandar Puteri Puchong
GPS Coordinates : N3 01.215 E101 36.862

Today a raining day and I took this from the carpark at the side of the building. A modern looking building housing the Majlis Perbandaran Subang Jaya (MPSJ) office and a hypermedia library.

Entrance to the building. You can see cars parking everywhere. No system at all.

The empty information counter.

The official hours of the library.

What you see is what you get. This just the size of the library. Not as big as some public or college library.

The shelves also quite empty as the place just open not too long ago. However, the surrounding not too bad for study and reading. A good place for puchonites to hang out.

This office where you can settle your payments to MPSJ.

The highlight of the day. A ceiling fan in the toilet. Keeping cool while you do your business.

The New Hyundai Sonata 2.0 Review

Location : Hyundai Showroom Puchong
Price : Sonata 2.0 Rm135,888

Wow..the Hyunadi Sonata really evolve from the old version. Looks very impressive. Got some european car feeling to it.

The rear view quite like the Toyota Camry.

Side mirror similar to the Hyundai Tucson.

Pearl white looks very stunningly beautiful.

  Panaromic roof

Winter Sonata craze still sweeping Malaysia.

17 inch rim with Hankook tires.

The rear cabin got dedicated aircon.

 The dashboard looks very classy.

 Push star button.

The verdict is that Hyundai Sonata give a value for money for just Rm135,888. The drawback will be the lower 2nd hand value Hyundai cars fetch compare to Japanese and European cars.

The New Hyundai Tucson ix35 SUV Review

Location : Puchong Hyundai Showroom
Price : Tucson 2.0 Rm132,104
           Tuscon 2.4 Rm147,400

I saw this beautiful Singapore register car few months back at Johor and attracted by it. Hyundai Sime Darby officially lauch it at Malaysia and we have a chance to see it closer.

From this angle seem it Nissan Murano. What do you think?

The rear signal light really stand out in white colour car.

The side mirror signal indicator quite a standard now with

Normal halogen front light. Not HID or projector.

17 inch rim with Kumho Korean tires.

Keyless entry.

Panoramic roof. Cool features in a car.

Nice interior. In conclusion, with the price tag of Rm132k for the 2.0 version certainly pose a serious threat to model like Hondal CRV or Nissan X trail.

Empire Shopping Gallery Subang Jaya

Location : Empire Shopping Gallery Subang Jaya
GPS Coordinates : N3 04.922 E101 34.992

Today gonna introduce to you all one of the latest shopping sensation in Klang Valley "The Empire Shopping Gallery. It is situated at Subang Jaya, just few walks away from the old kid on the block "Subang Parade". Major tenants here consist of names like Tangs, Toys R Us, Jaya Supermarket and Popular book stores. Parking seem quite limited but not a problem since is a week day but in weekends maybe a different story. Well, people always can park at Subang Parade or maybe Carrefour and walk over here.

The Super GT race promoting at the Empire. The racing car seem lonely without the GT girls.

This is the main section where they held events and some special sale. Quite unique with its glass roof concept. It may seem environment friendly since it uses direct sunlight but with the extra heat, you may need additional air conditioning. So, what is the conclusion?

Welcome to the toy zone. A huge magnet for kids to spent their whole day and also burn a big pocket for their parents.

This is a more intelligent place to hang out and you may end up paying nothing to spent your day reading up all the books inside.

Italiannies and Chili's restaurant available to choose if you feel like a change from fried kuoy tiao or nasi lemak.

Jaya Grocer a breath of fresh air from your Giant,Tesco or Carrefour. The design and item sold more upmarket like those at Cold Storage.

Passed by this Tarbush restaurant specialise in Lebanese cuisine. The food simlar to my favourite Saba Restaurant Cyberjaya.

Looks yummy from the handout given. Gonna try next time.
